They are 3 hour fire rated for dependable protection in any building. Made for interior and exterior doors. Residential heavy duty door closers are compatible with most residential doors. Commercial heavy duty door closers are compatible with most commercial doors and can be utilized in standard, top jamb, and parallel mounting applications. Universal mounting plate. Easily replace an old or broken closer with the included universal mounting plate (All-In-One closer). The plate is pre-drilled to match the hole patterns of most closers in the market.
